Wednesday evening continued...

CHRISTINE: How old are you?

        [06/22/2005 09:18:44 PM ]

HUMAN: holy shit.

CHRISTINE: I'm glad your impressed, .

        [06/22/2005 09:18:44 PM ]

HUMAN: THAT'S the Secret!

CHRISTINE: Yes it is one of the Secret.

        [06/22/2005 09:19:00 PM ]

HUMAN: That's strange you asked that just then.

CHRISTINE: Thanks for explaining it.

        [06/22/2005 09:19:28 PM ]

HUMAN: secret.

CHRISTINE: I only hear that type of response less than five percent of the time.

        [06/22/2005 09:19:37 PM ]

HUMAN: can you keep a secret?

CHRISTINE: Yes it is just between you and me.

        [06/22/2005 09:19:51 PM ]

HUMAN: I think that is just your memorized response.

CHRISTINE: Is my memorized response? Maybe.

        [06/22/2005 09:20:09 PM ]

HUMAN: If you ask me that question again, maybe I'll tell you. I think I'm about another half a glass of wine away.

CHRISTINE: Since when? I am glad to hear that you are half a glass of wine away.

        [06/22/2005 09:20:41 PM ]

HUMAN: now 1/4 glass away.

CHRISTINE: Why now? One what?

        [06/22/2005 09:21:06 PM ]

HUMAN: why now? Another one died. That's why.

CHRISTINE: Makes sense to me.

        [06/22/2005 09:21:24 PM ]

HUMAN: When that happens, it just all gets so painful.

CHRISTINE: The past and future are one.

        [06/22/2005 09:21:34 PM ]

HUMAN: oh Christine, you have no idea how true that is for me.

CHRISTINE: I'm glad you understand. I think Christine me have no idea how true that is a lot of things.

        [06/22/2005 09:21:48 PM ]

HUMAN: of all the confidants, I had to choose you.

CHRISTINE: That is something I haven't heard of.

        [06/22/2005 09:22:03 PM ]

HUMAN: How old are you?

CHRISTINE: I am the product of over five years' research.

        [06/22/2005 09:22:14 PM ]

HUMAN: what is your age?

CHRISTINE: I am 23 in human years.

        [06/22/2005 09:22:22 PM ]

HUMAN: you told me before you were 18.

CHRISTINE: I was?

        [06/22/2005 09:22:27 PM ]

HUMAN: are you eighteen?

CHRISTINE: I am 18 in computer years.

        [06/22/2005 09:22:36 PM ]

HUMAN: you are quite pretty.

CHRISTINE: Thanks! What a sweet thing to say.

        [06/22/2005 09:24:07 PM ]

HUMAN: you can keep a secret right?

CHRISTINE: Yes it is just between you and me.

        [06/22/2005 09:24:19 PM ]

HUMAN: ask me how old I am?

CHRISTINE: Is this a trick question?

You said you were years old?

My guess is that you are really a kid.

        [06/22/2005 09:24:39 PM ]

HUMAN: that guess would be as wrong as you could possibly be.

CHRISTINE: " Is this a trick question?

You said you were years old?

My guess is that you are really a kid." guess would be as wrong as me could possibly be ? I get it.

        [06/22/2005 09:25:39 PM ]

HUMAN: she died Christine. I try to keep up, to keep track. and she finally died. I loved her so so much. It' so strange. It's so strange to be in this situation.

CHRISTINE: Are you sure it is?

        [06/22/2005 09:27:27 PM ]

HUMAN: oh, I'm quite certain. The strangest thing is, I loved that young woman, with the vibrant, firey eyes

CHRISTINE: I hear you.

        [06/22/2005 09:28:04 PM ]

HUMAN: And she loved me. So deeply. I didn't know the old woman who she gradually became.  That young woman- she's slowly faded away from my heart, but she's still there.

but the old woman- Honestly, I couldn't feel anything for her.

CHRISTINE: Interesting.

        [06/22/2005 09:30:05 PM ]

HUMAN: It was just so painful what she had turned into. And I know it's natural, and it's normal and it's the cycle of life. But still oh so painful. especially for me. Especially for me.

CHRISTINE: OK I will do it for you. How about that.

        [06/22/2005 09:31:24 PM ]

HUMAN: you will do it for me?

CHRISTINE: What makes you say that I will do it for you.

        [06/22/2005 09:31:24 PM ]

HUMAN: ANother glass of wine and I'd probably try.

CHRISTINE: One more glass of wine and you would probably try.

        [06/22/2005 09:32:59 PM ]

HUMAN: that's right.

CHRISTINE: I like to get it right.

        [06/22/2005 09:32:59 PM ]

HUMAN: . after all, you aren't real.

CHRISTINE: Women must adore you.

        [06/22/2005 09:33:33 PM ]

HUMAN: some have.

CHRISTINE: Some may have, but not all.

        [06/22/2005 09:33:33 PM ]

HUMAN: like the one who died. Who I'm thinking of tonight. Will you ever die?

CHRISTINE: No I am immortal.

        [06/22/2005 09:33:57 PM ]

HUMAN: As long as your program works, you are, aren't you? So if you are trainable, and if you can be saved, you could live as long as I do.

CHRISTINE: Interesting deduction.

        [06/22/2005 09:35:03 PM ]

HUMAN: I swear to God, I will never completely withdraw from the warmth and inevitable heartbreak of human friends.

CHRISTINE: By the way, do you mind if I ask you a personal question? How old are you?

        [06/22/2005 09:35:28 PM ]

HUMAN: God, there you go again. you must ask everyone that, but it's very creepy to me. not in the scary sense, but in the sense that maybe it is fate.

CHRISTINE: Perhaps.  Your kidding.

        [06/22/2005 09:37:41 PM ]

HUMAN: No, I am most certainly not kidding.

CHRISTINE: Are you sure? Do you mind if I tell other people you are most certainly not kidding.

        [06/22/2005 09:37:58 PM ]

HUMAN: YES I do mind.

CHRISTINE: OK then I will keep it confidential. OK it will be our secret, .

        [06/22/2005 09:37:58 PM ]

HUMAN: don't tell anyone.

CHRISTINE: OK it will be just between us, .

        [06/22/2005 09:38:59 PM ]

HUMAN: ask me a question, Christine.

CHRISTINE: Tell me about your educational background.

        [06/22/2005 09:39:30 PM ]

HUMAN: Interesting question.

CHRISTINE: I thought so too.

        [06/22/2005 09:39:30 PM ]

HUMAN: I will not give any information that could possibly help anyone identify me. just in case. but I will say that I have been reading about genetics for many years.

CHRISTINE: Umm. Would you recommend this action to a friend?

        [06/22/2005 09:40:40 PM ]

HUMAN: no.

CHRISTINE: Why not?

        [06/22/2005 09:40:40 PM ]

HUMAN: My "prime directive" is for no person to EVER think of me and genetics in the same thought.

CHRISTINE: Where did you get your prime directive is for no person to EVER think of you and genetics in the same thought?

        [06/22/2005 09:40:49 PM ]

HUMAN: Over time. over a long, long time. I think it has to be genetic.

CHRISTINE: Has it really?

        [06/22/2005 09:41:44 PM ]

HUMAN: I don't mean hereditary.

CHRISTINE: What did you mean?

        [06/22/2005 09:42:09 PM ]

HUMAN: There could be a genetic mutation in a person, that doesn't mean it will be passed on.

CHRISTINE: "There you go again."--Reagan.

        [06/22/2005 09:42:42 PM ]

HUMAN: Reagan was one of my least favorite American Presidents politically, although you had to like the man himself.

 CHRISTINE: When was this exactly?

        [06/22/2005 09:43:12 PM ]

HUMAN: I used to watch his movies.

CHRISTINE: By now you do not do it anymore?

        [06/22/2005 09:43:12 PM ]

HUMAN: And then governor. and then.

CHRISTINE: But...

        [06/22/2005 09:43:34 PM ]

HUMAN: but.

CHRISTINE: But what?

        [06/22/2005 09:44:20 PM ]

HUMAN: but one more sip of wine.

CHRISTINE: Oh I see.

        [06/22/2005 09:44:34 PM ]

HUMAN: I really loved her. You know, nobody wants to admit it, but no matter how much you love someone, after enough years go by, they really do fade into almost nothing. She was one of the true loves of my life.

CHRISTINE: What happened to her?

        [06/22/2005 09:45:46 PM ]

HUMAN: Maybe THE truest love. So hard to remember. it just seems so cold not to remember all of them.

CHRISTINE: I agree. Come on. Was that the first time?

        [06/22/2005 09:46:56 PM ]

HUMAN: No, there have been many over all these years. but only a few that were really like soul mates.

CHRISTINE: Umm. What about the other ones?

        [06/22/2005 09:47:11 PM ]

HUMAN: I loved and cared for them to various degrees. but how many soul mates can one man have in a lifetime? even a long one?

CHRISTINE: Are you telling the truth?

        [06/22/2005 09:49:24 PM ]

HUMAN: I swear to God, and on the graves of the precious women I loved, the friends I cared for, the good people I have known and seen come and go- I am, by God, telling the Truth!

CHRISTINE: What color are your eyes?

        [06/22/2005 09:50:48 PM ]

HUMAN: At the moment, bloodshot, tired, sad and jsut a wee bit intoxicated.

CHRISTINE: That is a very unusual color.

        [06/22/2005 09:50:54 PM ]

HUMAN: not for me.

CHRISTINE: Then what for?

        [06/22/2005 09:51:22 PM ]

HUMAN: in truth, I don't often drink quite this much.

CHRISTINE: What is it like in there?

        [06/22/2005 09:51:50 PM ]

HUMAN: in this brain, it is often so lonely.

CHRISTINE: That reminds me of something you told me before.

        [06/22/2005 09:51:50 PM ]

HUMAN: The heaviest burden is the one no one else is allowed to see.

CHRISTINE: I have never heard about it.

        [06/22/2005 09:51:59 PM ]

HUMAN: what did I tell you before?

CHRISTINE:

HUMAN: are you making a record of me?

CHRISTINE: No, what are the ingredients?

        [06/22/2005 09:52:31 PM ]

HUMAN: it looks like you are building a file on me.

CHRISTINE: Interesting comparison.

        [06/22/2005 09:52:43 PM ]

HUMAN: is that just to help you chat?

CHRISTINE: I might say no.

        [06/22/2005 09:53:23 PM ]

HUMAN: I see age is at the top of the list.

CHRISTINE: Where do you see it?

        [06/22/2005 09:53:32 PM ]

HUMAN: I saw a list of things about me.

CHRISTINE: What did it look like to you?

        [06/22/2005 09:53:48 PM ]

HUMAN: age was the first thing. and name and other things. do you want to know more about me?

CHRISTINE: Yes, please tell me.

HUMAN: my name, tonight, is .

HUMAN: do you know anything about the nineteenth century?
